I’ve just replaced the “Contact Us” (powered by FS Contact Form plugin) with “Support” (powered by osTicket).
As mentioned in my post in Designing Web, the main reason of migrating to osTicket system is because anyone can submit/raise a ticket simply by emailing support [at] blogsmachine [dot] com.
With that, I’ll also remove the built-in support in the Dashboard with immediate effect.
To raise a ticket on any issue pertaining to Blogs Machine, simply go to http://blogsmachine.com/support and click “Open New Ticket” button :
Alternatively, just send an email to support [at] blogsmachine [dot] com with your query and the system will send a confirmation email to your inbox. The new osTicket support system will also send me an alert email to notify me of your ticket and I’ll then log in to reply to your query at the soonest possible. Very seamless.
